International

A few months back, my sister-in-law came up with this idea to have a dinner party group - each month one couple hosts an International Night. Tonight was our third supper and tonight was Chinese. Deb brought egg drop soup, Maisie the rice, and Jim brought spring rolls. Pat looked after everything else and it was DELISH! I am sooooo full. I made cards for the fortune cookies. That was my contribution. My cardmaking skills are much better than my cooking skills though this pic hardly shows it. Guess my skills with the camera are at the bottom of the list. I did take a few pics of the meal, but they were dark and dingy. Noticed my pal Jim was flicking about with the camera as well. Perhaps he’ll send me along a couple I can post.
