The Loft
A recent move meant a lot of reorganizing as the new space is much smaller than the old. Lots of stuff went out with the trash. Lots of stuff WAS trash - how is it that it takes a change of locale to truly gut and get rid of all those things you tend to hold onto for no good reason other than “I might use this for something someday.” My someday somethings had pretty much taken over every nook and cranny in the house. Still I had lots of stuff - a lot of it scrapbooking stuff I might add and as I packed That stuff up I vowed I wouldn’t buy another thing for scrapbooking or cardmaking for another six months. We’ll see . . .
Anyway, to get to the point of this ramble, DH allowed me the top floor of his shed for my creative pursuits. It has a cozy little wood stove and is taking shape quite nicely. We started the walls today and have one finished. Looks really nice. I even have a TV! Think that’s more for company - said company being DH himself who likes to come visit.
